It show to me at least the effort you put into gearing and enchanting the specc you are applying with, applying for a tanking spot with a dps enchant on tanking gear just looks bad.

Also, the dodge trinket makes me think you are a GS flunky... as the ilevel 200 trinket from toc5 is better for tanking then it.

(just as a note, I'm not an officer, these are just my opinions).
